Fa Yuen Street Market
This street market is full of sports shoe and sportswear shops. Although shoes can be bought anywhere in the world, Fa Yeun Street has an advantage of negotiating for a cheaper piece, sometimes even reducing the original price by 50%. Also, the shoes come for the latest designs and limited-edition releases from all over the world. The market runs along Fa Yuen Street from Mongkok Road to Prince Edward Road in Mong Kok.
If you are looking for a pair of cheap pair of shoes, this is the place for you. I have been here for so many times and I have to say, I am extremely satifased with their shoes qualities. I liked a pair of shoes that were a bit too expensive, I decided to go to Fa Yuen Street Market. Although it took longer to find the shop than at shopping malls, I eventually found what I wanted and the price was a lot lower than they were at shopping malls. I negotiated for a cheaper piece, and the price ended up reducing from $130HKD to $100HKD. You would never be able to negotiate for a cheaper price at other places.
They work just as well as the ones you see in the slightly more expensive shops. I have introduced this place to a lot of my friends and they were extremely satisfied with how the price was able to drop 50% when they asked.

"I couldn't find my shoe size anywhere in Hong Kong. First, I was frustrated because I just moved to Hong Kong and I didn't know they didn't have my shoe size. My friend introduced me to this street. First, I was a bit concerned about the price and if they had my shoe size. Luckily, I was able to find my shoe size and bargain for a cheaper price! There were different kinds and colours of shoes...I had trouble choosing my favorite one as I liked all of them. I will definitely come to Fa Yuen Street Market next time I want to buy another pair of shoes." - Brain, Canadian, 32 years old
